Common Questions After Ordering CoReg Leads

The questions most frequently asked about NitroListBuilder orders are answered below. You will also find more complete information about our products in the Nitro List Builder Coregistration Leads FAQ, which all customers are required to read before placing orders.

Please read this page, and the FAQ before submitting a support ticket. It is a waste of your time and mine for me to have to repeat answers which are already clearly spelled out.

1) When will my list be delivered? For co-ops, the promised delivery time is 30 days from the date of your order, but in practice, it is rarely more than 15 days. If you happened to place your order just as the co-op was closing out, you could receive your leads within as little as one or two days.

If you ordered our live co-reg leads or "total marketing solution", then you can expect to see traffic and leads to begin within 72 hours after you placed your order. Leads will be delivered over a period of 5 to 10 days, possibly longer if you ordered the TMS and your site does not convert visitors into opt-ins efficiently.

2) Do you provide an autoresponder service? Not directly, but I do provide you several suggested options for contacting your leads, and have also arranged a special deal for Nitro List Builder customers using NLB leads to email through my private label shopping cart and autoresponder service.

If you ordered our real-time coreg leads, then our in-house autoresponder is available to you free of charge, as part of your monthly subscription.

3) What format is my list delivered in? You will receive an email from me, giving you a private download link to your list files, which are delivered in lots of 25,000, in "zip" files. If your order is for 100,000, there will be 4 zip files waiting for you. Once extracted, the files themselves are in Excel CSV (comma separated fields), which is all but universally read by autoresponders and spreadsheets. If you need another format, I'll have to ask you to provide your own conversion utility.

If you do not have Excel, you can open CSV files with this handy text editor.

4) How do I cancel autoship? Currently, the only option is to submit a support ticket. Do NOT email me your cancellation request. I get *tons* of spam sent to me, and your email could well find its way into my junk folder without me ever seeing it. Our support ticket system is the most reliable way to contact me.

5) What list building tools do you recommend? I've gotten enough questions on this that I've started recommended resources pages here at Nitro List Builder. The things listed there are the e-books, tools, and resources that I consider most valuable when building your own list, and learning how to get the most from your email marketing.
